NOTE that since file is quite large (2.4MB), it may take some time to download; please be patient.
Please create a new directory on your disk or hard drive with a unique name of your choice.
Then download the file below into the same directory.


Open the file either from within Acrobat Reader, or by double-clicking on the downloaded file itself.
You can read the material either directly on the screen or after printing it out.
It is important to follow the Directory Structure of the Bookmarks.
View Bookmarks by choosing [Window] from the Dialog Bar, and then choosing [Show Bookmarks].
Also navigate through the document using the page buttons at the bottom of the viewing pane.
